Kevin T. Byrne, Of Counsel

Engaged in the private practice of law since 1965, Kevin T. Byrne became of counsel to Lian, Zarrow, Eynon & Shea in 1997. He focuses on plaintiffs’ personal-injury litigation. Other practice areas are business litigation, family law and probate law, estate planning, residential real-estate law, commercial real-estate law, and zoning and municipal law.

Kevin was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the District of Columbia in 1964; in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces in 1965; in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 1966; and in the U.S. Supreme Court in 1989.
